Service Policy – Always Open Notary & Apostille

At Always Open Notary & Apostille, we are committed to providing efficient, accurate, and professional service. By booking an appointment or submitting payment, you agree to the following terms:

Appointments & Payments

  • A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your appointment.
  • Apostille services require 50% payment upfront and the remaining balance upon completion.
  • Remote Online Notarization (RON) sessions include a non-refundable booking fee and platform fee.

No Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Clients may reschedule appointments based on availability.
  • Missed appointments, cancellations without notice, or failure to provide required information will not qualify for a refund.

Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with advance notice.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may require a new booking fee.

Client Responsibility

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete documents.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect documents, missing information, or rejection by state or federal agencies.

Apostille Processing

  • Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on the agency.
  • We do not control government processing times once documents are submitted.

Shipping

  • Domestic shipping may be included depending on the service selected.
  • International shipping is quoted separately.
  • We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL).

Mobile Service Requirements

  • A valid service address must be provided at the time of booking.
  • Failure to provide an address may result in cancellation without refund.

  • We provide notary and apostille facilitation services only.
  • We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice.
