Appointments & Payments
A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your appointment.
Apostille services require 50% payment upfront and the remaining balance upon completion.
Remote Online Notarization (RON) sessions include a non-refundable booking fee and platform fee.
No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
Clients may reschedule appointments based on availability.
Missed appointments, cancellations without notice, or failure to provide required information will not qualify for a refund.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with advance notice.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may require a new booking fee.
Client Responsibility
Clients must provide accurate and complete documents.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect documents, missing information, or rejection by state or federal agencies.
Apostille Processing
Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on the agency.
We do not control government processing times once documents are submitted.
Shipping
Domestic shipping may be included depending on the service selected.
International shipping is quoted separately.
We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL).
Mobile Service Requirements
A valid service address must be provided at the time of booking.
Failure to provide an address may result in cancellation without refund.
